Meta calls our webhook the moment someone submits an Instant Form. We verify the signature, fetch the full lead from the Graph API and store it — no CSV downloads, no copy-paste.

Full attribution
Every lead keeps its campaign, ad set, ad, form and platform, so you know which ads actually bring customers.
Every answer, kept
Custom questions like store URL, monthly revenue or what they need help with are stored verbatim and shown on the lead.
No duplicates, no losses
Meta retries deliveries; we dedupe on the lead ID. Failed fetches are queued and retryable from the admin — a lead is never dropped.
Private by design
Page tokens are encrypted at rest, the webhook rejects unsigned requests, and the whole admin area sits behind a separate, revocable login.
